Road Traffic

Chambers has a number of members who specialise in road traffic matters covering all areas from operator’s licences and all aspects of the haulage and transport industry to ordinary motoring prosecutions for individual motorists.

We are regularly instructed by a number of large insurance companies to represent their policy holders for contested motoring offences. We are also instructed by some of the largest private hire and taxi operators and organisations to deal with all their regulatory and licensing matters, throughout the UK.

Members of the team are registered with the Bar Council to accept instructions directly from members of the public, companies or other organisations under the Public Access scheme –  see the Public Access section of this website.
